Want to save money? Try doing your own manis. Get your favorite color/colors out and follow these tips to have a lasting mani.
A proper mani should last 1-2 weeks.
Step 1. Mosturize your cuticles. A good one to use is Bert's bees butter cuticle cream.
Step 2. Prep your nail with a file
Step 3. Remove oil before polishing your nails.
Step 4. Wrap the tip of your nails with the polish. This means that you take the brush all the way to the tip of the nail and slightly over the top.
Step 5. Always use topcoat.
Keep your mani fresh by adding a layer of topcoat every other day..
